Janet Munson, BA, NTP

Janet is a 2007 NTP graduate, with an additional certificate in Hypnotherapy. She originally entered the field to heal her own health problems and now is dedicated to helping others with theirs.

Janet believes Nutritional Therapy is a healing profession founded on the belief that food, as nature intended, provides the medicine we need to obtain and maintain a state of health, i.e., our food is our medicine and our medicine is our food. Nutritional Therapy is a holistic discipline based on a foundation of properly prepared, nutrient dense, whole foods.

Since we are more than just our physical bodies, incorporating other healing arts such as hypnotherapy and energetic testing can reveal energetic and mental blocks to healing which can then be addressed and mitigated in order to facilitate the healing process.

Through her own journey, she understands the frustration of dealing with chronic pain and illness and can provide others with knowledge, insight and compassion on their road back to optimal health.

Her specialties include chronic illnesses and Lyme Disease.

Away from work, Janet enjoys all kinds of dance, reading, kayaking, walking, crafts and music.
